In addition, candidates must pass a General Demonstration of Knowledge as well as accumulate 4,500 of specialized experience. The Appraisal Institute currently offers several options for completing the General Demonstration of Knowledge requirement which are the following:

3. Research Project
4. Peer Reviewed Publications
5. Master’s Thesis or Doctoral Dissertation
